Tribal Dance was released on 26 April 1993, and is the sixth single taken from 2 Unlimited’s second studio album, No Limits! (1993).

The UK release omitted the main rap, but left in more vocals from Ray than any of their previous releases. It peaked at number 4 in its first week in the UK Singles Chart.

The song was written by Phil Wilde, Ray Slijngaard, Xavier Clayton and Filip Martens.
